Our journey serving the DoD and Federal civilian agencies started in 2004. Infopact first gained its footing by teaming with major integrators such as Accenture, IBM, Oracle Corporation, and CSC (GDIT) in our modernization projects. Developing our technical expertise was just the start of our goal. We grew from being ERP implementation architecture experts to understanding the end-to-end functionality of the systems, and subsequently started providing onsite SME support for federal agencies. We strive to constantly improve and provide innovative solutions to improve our client’s business processes. So, we took the initiative to prototype Robotic Process Automation solutions for our clients, staying true to our mission to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction in all our efforts. We incorporate Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and are using cutting-edge AI/ML/NLP technologies to build intelligent applications, automate processes, and generate insights for informed decision-making. Infopact plans to continue providing top-notch services while expanding to serve multiple federal agencies. We have won prime contracts with the federal government to ensure our mission continues and are eager to help our clients further.
