1. Access: Online access is required to view the course, and video content may not be downloaded.

2. Expiration: Access to this on-demand course will expire 90 days from the date of purchase or if the final assessment is taken three times. This expiration date will not be extended.

3. CPE credit: To receive CPE credit for this on-demand course, you must pass the final assessment with a score of 70% or higher. The final assessment may be taken up to three times.

4. Usage: The course is for only one user, and you may not share your login or password with any other person (including individuals within your organization) without the express written permission of AGA.

5. Refund policy: A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase only if no more than one video has been viewed. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] .

6. Copyright: Course content (including videos and materials) is proprietary and protected by federal copyright law. No part of the course may be reproduced, recorded, stored, or incorporated into another work without express written permission of AGA. No copyright is claimed on material created by a governmental entity that is in the public domain.

7. Program cancellation policy: If AGA can no longer offer these on-demand courses, purchasers will be notified by email at least 30 days prior to discontinuation. Prorated refunds will be provided.
